Looks professional, neatly organized, and is perfect for my favorite spiral-bound work journals/project planner refills. [I use Ampad Gold Fiber Project Planners in the 9-1/2" by 7-1/4" size and notebook covers are nearly impossible to find for that size.] If you prefer 8-1/2 by 11" refills, this is NOT the cover for you. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and just ordered 2 more to keep for future use (since this size is so hard to find).Design is well thought out. Snapping the cover shut ensures papers don't slip out or end up mangled. The business card holder on the flap is convenient. The elastic for the pen holder is broad; it securely keeps my pen from slipping out.The pink is a more subdued rose than the photo indicated - which I am glad for. My only suggestion for improvement would be options in other colors - saddle, brown, black, burgundy.... I'd have preferred any of those to pink.

I bought this as a notebook, not a calendar. It works really well to help keep meeting notes and reminders handy. The pink is subdued, so that works; but a gray or navy blue would have been a better option for my business meetings. Regardless, it works very well and I can even fit it in a medium tote bag for day-to-day access.My one concern is about the pages: a) they are beginning to tearing out of the spiral; not all the way, yet and b) this size is perfect - I hope that I will be able to find a replacement for this cover.This was a great price and it is every bit as convenient as I needed.

Let me start by saying that I am not one to write a review until I have had ample time to "break it in". I've had this for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. The faux leather snap pocket is very durable and of good quality. The pen holder securely holds pencils and pens (although I do use the thicker Pentel R.S.V.P pens). The file pocket is narrow, but it is very useful as long as you're not trying to hoard docs. I've used it to store receipts and mail. I've even used the file pocket to store my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 (info provided for size comparison) securely. The card slots are a plus too, although I wouldn’t recommend storing personal bank/credit cards unless you plan to keep it at home. I've gotten tons of compliments on how professional it looks. I only wish that the notebook pages were perforated to allow for a clean, and easy, removal.

Love it! This folio is exactly what I was looking for. It is definitely not a standard size so I understand why some customers would complain, but I have already found many notebooks and composition books that would fit nicely in it. The color is true to the picture, the faux leather feels nice and has beautiful white stitching. Inside the pockets are all well-made and intact. This product should cost much more than it does. I found the exact same product on another website for $50. I recommend this folio for those who don't want an organizer as small as the mini ones but not as big as the standard legal size. This fits nicely in a medium purse or small tote bag. (Pictured is the folio opened and also next to my iPad Mini 4 for size comparison.)

This is a little bit smaller than I would have liked - from the description and reviews I thought it would fit 8.5x11 paper (like resumes) in it, but I do not think they will fit without sticking out on the top and bottom a bit. For the price, it was a great buy, and the quality is nice. I am concerned that a notebook refill will be difficult to find, as the notebook also seems a bit small, but I think an office supply store would have it. I bought it as a gift for a recent college graduate, and I think she'll like it!

Right-sized replacement spiral pads for this journal are basically non-existent. I knew it was smaller than the typical 8 1/2" x 11" or the spirals I buy for kids school items. Figured a Rolodex pad replacement would be easy to find ...NOT. Required Sheet Size (W x L):: 7-1/4 x 9-1/2 inches, side spiral 50 sheet pad.I purchased this mid-size portfolio to be smart, organized and pulled together. It is a cute and professional looking journal sized portfolio that supports a good cause. Plus the price was very good. The right-sized refill spiral pads are hard to find is an understatement. I searched websites and called Rolodex who sent me to Mead & it's subsidiaries, who sent me to office supply chains and stationers etc to find the replacement spiral pads...NO LUCK! The ultimate zing was when a stationer recommended checking Dollar Stores, Big Lots or other close-out stores and told me to STOCK UP if I found replacements. No kidding, Sherlock!

This is pretty nice for a padfolio. But I will recommend getting a different padfolio because of its size. This padfolio is a lot smaller than typical copy paper size. So if you print out your resume or report to put inside it, you probably would have to fold the paper in half–which is so not convenient.So although this is a good product, but I think it's too small. And folded resume looks unprofessional.

This was bought as a gift for my girlfriend, she loves pink. The outside of the journal was very nice. I was disappointed by the construction on the inside. The inside cover was not fully "glued/attached" to the binding. It was like there were air pockets under the inside fabric. I didn't return it because it was acceptable for the price. After receiving the journal, I read other reviews and the "odd" size may make getting refills a bit of a problem
