Impressive
Sharp cutter, feels well engineered. Maximum capacity is given as 28mm, I used it successfully to cut a chrome plated brass waste tube of 32mm. Brilliant. As for longevity - no idea, but I'm sure it will be fine for a good few DIY plumbing jobs. Great value for money.

Didn't expect to work so well
The media could not be loaded. To be fair, I wasn't expecting it to work so well.I was renovating the stairs and needed to cut the stair rods, so I decided to buy this tool instead of a metal saw.To my surprise, this tool did the job perfectly! It is very easy to use and really affordable. Just don’t tighten it too much in the beginning—roll it a few times first, then tighten it more.Great product.

I’m hate DIY but this little thing was brilliant
I’m not into DIY at all but I needed to shorten a windbreak pipe. Think it’s steel not sure. This little thing was incredible at cutting a precise and clean cut. Only took a few turns . First time I tried it, it kept slipping but I think I was doing ot wrong. Great little tool and so cheap to solve a problem. Def buy it if you need to cut a pipe or whatever.

Excellent value
This is solid and really good value cutter. Purchased to trim down bike handle bars, which it does superbly, leaving a really clean cut. Accurate and very easy to use.Ignore the reviews talking about broken knobs (user error) - the trick with this tool to get really clean cuts with no burrs is to take your time gradually tightening the dial after three or four circuits. In a handlebar about twenty turns in total gives a beautifully smooth accurate cut. A “no brainer” for the money.Recommended.

Surprisingly good little cutter
Does what it says on the tin, very good for its size although not much use as mainly DIY.recommend.

Not as easy to use as a fixed diameter cutter
I use fixed diameter rotary cutters for copper pipes but wanted this to get square edge cuts on various diameters of pvc piping. Adjusting the cutter to fit every time and having to tighten it after each turn makes it feel more cumbersome and takes a bit longer than I expected, and the blade doesn't seem as sharp as in my normal pipe cutters, so it needed more turns than expected to cut the PVC. However, once you get the hang of it, it does give a good square cut, and is still quicker and definitely less messy than cutting the pipe with a hacksaw.
