I purchased this iron April 2022. It states it's cordless but it really isn't, without the base plugged. It only lasted a year I probably used it maybe 10 times tops. It stopped working in the middle of me ironing an outfit to wear out. I had to change out my whole outfit (I was pissed). I'm glad I didn't spend $99 on it like some others, I only paid $39. I guess it was worth it for a year. I purchased a cheaper regular stem iron (black & decker) for $20 and it works even better.

Bought this and wa initially impressed at the speed of heat up and burst of steam. One hour in the iron no longer fit in the base to be charged. Bought a Rowenta and have been using for a year and decided to replace. I decided to give this another try, an hour of ironing in (over a couple of days) and it no longer fits in the base so it cannot be heated up Got a replacement and the same thing happened. Now this iron has very fiddle instructions about how to fill and unplugging etc. and these were all followed to a tee. A second replacement and we were doing well. This time after a month and 10+ total hours of ironing (not in a row) it still fits into the base but no longer heats up. 5 stars for the initial hour of ironing but this should not be so much of a struggle and the iron is basically garbage after a month or so. Just terribly disappointed by quality that hasn’t improved from the first we ordered.

I wish I had never bought this. It is junk. Will NOT stay hot.

This is a great iron and steamer but it only last about 4 months. I have bought this iron 4 times. One for myself and my 3 daughters and the same results for us all. Great iron but not worth the money because it stops working completely!

I purchased this iron in Feb for $99 and it worked great until about a month ago (Sept). It was very hard to put back in the base when using it without the cord. Then this morning it wouldn't heat at all.. I am repurchasing for a much lower price, originally paid $99 and now I can get it for $39. Hopefully this one will last longer than the first one.

This iron is excellent and there are so many things to love about it!! The fact that it is cordless was enough to sell me on it, but on top of that it heats up unbelievably quickly. I typically do all of the ironing in our house, but my husband has been ironing his own shirts since we got it!! (Another selling point if you ask me!)The steamer also works amazingly and means I can get rid of the steamer we have. Two in one!! 😁

I love this. I love that there's no cord! Has many settings. Gets hot. Steam works well.If I had one thing to complain about, it would be the settings dial. If I hit it with my fingers when I grab the handle, the setting changes. The dial could maybe be a little 'stiffer' so it wouldn't change settings when bumped.
