Zep H&PC-76564 Toilet Care Tune Up (1)

I have a family member who has stopped their share of toilets up. Primarily with excess toilet paper use. It's been an issue, but usually a plunger works... until it doesn't... and then you start googling and getting creative with dish soap (helped once), baking soda and vinegar, toilet auger... these things have worked when plunging hasn't. Until it doesn't. I have had two instances now, where I was afraid I would *have* to call a plumber. The first time, a year ago, I happened to be shopping at WM and found Toilet Defense. I think I used it as directed (4 ounces) for three nights straight and the third morning, the water would flush. It was so great, I told my family about it. But, they couldn't find it at their WM. It was never in stock. I have looked for it since then, not much, because I got pretty strict on paper use rules.Well, then I moved to a new house. I don't know why, but this toilet seemed designed differently- more likely to clog. And then a family memebr visited- and I have worked on this thing- I have bought the best rated plunger from Amazon, from Lowes, I used Zep monthly septic treatment, Green Pig every 3 month septic treatment.... all this I have put in the bowl, and the water would recede but not flush.Note that you never should put things in the toilet that are caustic/ not made for toilet use. Serious burns can happen if you get splashed.So, I ws desperate. I looked at WM again for the Toilet Tune Up. Didn't see it. 5 days of trialing things, giving serious effort.... Thank goodness I have more than one bathroom.Then I googled Toilet TUNE UP to see if I could buy it anywhere.TURNS OUT it is now called DEFENSE. It's cheaper on Amazon than at WM. I ordered it, two days later it arrives, and I immediately used it. THe next morning, the water had receded. TOnight, I gave a few plunges before instilling night 2 dose... and just like a year ago THIS STUFF WORKED. THe toilet flushed. I could do a happy dance.Seriously.I am going to buy another bottle to treat all the toilets in the house as a preventative and have some on hand for the next time.I can't guarantee this will work for you, but for me, with heavy TP / organic matter use--- this is so much better than ll the other tricks I tried first.

I am not a fan of using a plunger I don't have a lot of strength for one it's kind of gross for two.But definitely a big fan of this stuff as it works, every time.Easy to do if able to flush a toilet.Thanks for making it. Please don't stop!

One toilet in the house is a problem of getting plugged up............ Using this product takes care of the problem

Love this product! A must have for people living in older buildings. Works every time.

Used repeated treatments over several days as directed in a somewhat clogged toilet (wouldn't flush completely sometimes). Used up the entire bottle. No change. Other two toilets in the house work fine so it isn't a problem with the main line.Waste of money.

I think the regular Zepp drain powder works better, you get more and it’s a bit cheaper

Did the 3 day tune up, worth the money.

After using it several times we *thought* we were seeing some improvement in our toilet flushing, but any improvement was placebo or short lived. After wasting money on two containers of Zep we've since tried Green Gobbler and it has been an immediate and long lasting improvement.
