The lock handle set is very high quality, works and looks awesome. Hubby installed it, and it took him about an hour, only because our door has a security lock set, and he had to modify that to fit this lock. The end result is perfect. The lock works without the app. The numeric key, the cards, the hardware key and the fingerprint scan all perform well. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I’ve had this item installed for about 4 months. Unfortunately the holes from the last door knob didn’t match the new one so we did have to do a little bit of drilling to make a fit but it was completely worth it!! This item is amazing the fingerprint works very well and the keypad is very convenient for the dog walker I would definitely suggest this item. It’s also very elegant looking.

We love this door handle! It looks great, works great and there’s so many ways to use it. The part we did not like was, it was pretty difficult to install and get to line up on a door that already had existing holes. Other than that, it’s been great!

So the device was installable, and had an app to manage it as well as 2 RFID keys, which were convenient for us in managing the apartment which was set-up for rental.The price was acceptable at around $150, coz other main brands such as Samsung and Yale went over board with their prices.

Great product well recommended

Do not buy this product and save yourself the disappointment. It over heats and burns your finger when trying to unlock with fingerprint.

All ratings would be 5 stars if you could correct this problem. This product works well, with one important issue. The bluetooth for entry does not work. I've tried numerous times, to no avail. So me and my disability are still locked out. I purchased this product to allow me to use the bluetooth because of my hand/finger dexterity. Can anyone help me?

After doing much research on smart locks I ended up buying this one. The lock is working great with all the features. Instal was a bit difficult because I was retro fitting an existing door that unfortunately had the holes in different places than from the previous lock, but once we chiseled out the door frame and drilled new holes it was installed and working great. Definitely high quality. Looks beautiful and would 100% recommend. Also very reasonable price for what it does compared to the overpriced brand names.
