Really enjoyed using my new adjustable rolling pin for Valentine's Day cookies recently! This is an awesome idea which I had never seen before. The rolling pin comes with four different sized rings, which easily screw on and off to each end of the rolling pin. By changing each set of rings, you change the width of the cookie or pie crust you are creating. Such a clever idea! Also love the mat it comes with, which made rolling the dough easier since it converted my kitchen table into a non-stick surface and made clean-up so much easier than scrubbing my table of flour and dough. Plus, it doubled as a liner under my cookie cooling rack, to catch all the drips from the royal icing I used to decorate my cookies with. Great product. Would make a fun gift for a newly engaged couple who enjoys baking, added to a wedding shower gift for the bride-to-be, and would definitely be appreciated by any home baker you know.

Fondant has never been easier to roll out. What a find for people who love to decorate!! I like the stainless steel roller and the size rings- no guesswork which means the fondant is very smooth and easy to apply.

I love how easy it is to use and clean. It's made of good quality material. You just screw on the size of the thickness you want your dough on either side and it's ready to go. It doesn't move around and creates a nice even dough. The inside is plastic so I'm not worried about corrosion. You have to use the pin itself to roll through, so just be aware of that. The mat feels almost sticky like a silicone baking mat and I was afraid that the dough would stick to it, but it's really nice and works wonderfully.

Great rolling pin to make sure your dough is rolled even. Used to make cut out cookies and worked perfectly. Also used for pie crust. Great item for precision baking!

I have actually only used the mat so far. It was great! Plenty big, non stick, love the markings, and easy-ish to clean (simply rinses clean, however it's hard to spray off without it folding over on itself; a bit flimsy/awkward to handle)The rolling pin is HUGE! I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it is, and it's WONDERFUL! Will try to remember to update if any issues arise while using the rolling pin.

This was a gift for my granddaughter who loves to bake. She said it worked very well and was wanting the different adjustment sizes.

I love how easy this rolling pin is to use. I also love that it has measurements on it so you know if your project is the right size. I also like that there are 4 depth control rings.
