Restaurant Quality Mayan Sweets Onions, Premium, Sweet 5 LBS fast and

At this point one of the onions I sliced for sandwiches was extremely hot.Not the sweet flavor I was accustomed to for these onions.I expected a small ting, but not like this one that tasted like a very hot jalapeno pepper.

I received 4.79 pounds of 'small' onions. 14 onions were in the mailing. By the time of preparation the delivered poundage will be smaller. Goes against Amazon quality in my opinion. I am not happy with this purchase! GS

My purchase was a little passed the season. I had tried mayan sweets for the first time and loved them. Not being able to get them in my local store again I ordered online for a much higher price. These were not near as sweet as the ones I had purchased locally, but I used them all anyway.

...and have been thrilled each time! From CA to FL and yet still in perfect condition! Amazing! Big and not “hot”. I can eat a slice by itself as I am preparing them, they are that “sweet”! Ordering again today....

I have ordered the Mayan Onions before - THESE WERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - THEY WERE NOT SWEETVERY BITTER AND NOT FROM THE COMPANY I HAD ORDERED FROM ON PREVIOUS OCCASIONS.I SIMPLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A COMPANY COULD SHIP SUCH A BAD!!!! REPLACEMENT.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I am in the process of ordering again. They need over a week to arrive, but they were well worth it. They also seem to keep better than Vidalias. These are excellent sweet onions.

well packed. arrived on time. as pictured. BUT, these are not sweet onions compared to vidalia or maui onions. i can get these locally at the grocery which makes these very pricey. the are not as pungent as some onions so i don't tear as badly slicing or dicing them, but these are garden variety, plain vanilla onions and nothing special. i would not use these in my Sweet Onion Casserole, but i will cook other dishes with them.

Great taste with a mild flavor.
