Great bands for home gym, Les Mills on Demand, etc...

I originally used Power Systems bands during Physical Therapy sessions and bought them for home use based on my PT's recommendation. I've been hit a few time by other bands that broke. These are high quality and the nylon cover protects the band from wear and protects me in case that it does snap. I got the light and medium bands and will probably eventually get the heavy as I get stronger. I'm currently using them for Les Mills on Demand workouts.

Broken after a handful of uses

This item was recommended by my 12 year old son's basketball coach as required equipment of off season training camp. He is a pretty mature kid (both size and behavior). The resistance band broke after 3 or 4 practices, but I don't suspect it was due to misuse.
