It’s a dry seasoning and very nice too. Add a good splash of lemon juice when you marinade whatever you’re using.

Q: How do you use this ???? Do you just add it to chicken or do you add oil or yogurt

Hi I make gyros with mine, so I Rub a joint of pork/chicken or lamb With the seasoning and cook off in oven, then shred it (like a pulled pork) once cooked, put the shredded meat in a frying pan, fry with a little more spice, then I put the pork mixture in pitta, along with sliced onion and home made tzatziki., my husband loves it, but don’t over cook the meat, the frying is just to crisp it slightly and warm it through.
