I had problems getting the canister open and even my husband couldn't open it. I ran some hot water over the lid and was finally able to open it. The scoop in the canister is hard to put back in because the handle is too long. However, the taste was better than expected. Most keto drinks taste bad. I prefer the peach flavor. I added some swerve to m ax ke it taste even better.

This is a convenient size for travel but is too expensive for daily long term use. Flavor is not what I'm buying, but it's OK. I recommend you try it atleast once and compare to buying bulk and mixing you own stack. 40/20/40 mix.

Bought this product off reviews saying it was great and worked. I liked the peach flavor but my mouth had a strong salty flavor after every sip. Couldn’t even finish my first glass of this.I even tried added a Mio flavor squirt and could not get passed the salt taste in my mouth. Made me feel like I was drinking beach water.Really disappointed for the price and now I cannot return it.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is Waaaaaaay Too sweet for mr that I can’t finish the bottle, but I try my best!!! I have been using it for 4 days now and I think it puts me in a Ketosis, but not a deep ketosis (not so sure! See the test results,left is before right is after 30 min of drinking) the product is not bad but I would love it if it was not sweet!!!!!!!! I will update the results afterwards!

Diarrhea and cramping so bad !! Why isn’t anyone else experiencing this??? First time I took it I was home later in day I started getting cramps and I though ohh no I must be getting sick. Not thinking it was the drink. Two days later I took it again (this time two servings) still did not make the connection. Evening came and I was cramping so badly I was nauseous. Running to the toilet as fast as I could and sitting there forever!! Just to get up and run back. I am so glad I didn’t take this while at work.

The taste is good and it does help decrease your appetite.

Energy and weight loss

Received this product and when I opened it, it was half full, with a scoop too big for the cannister. The taste of the Peach was so tart I could hardly choke it down. I do not plan on ordering this again, it was like ordering a bag of chips that's mostly air in a bag.
