Freely Barefoot Water Skin Shoes Aqua Socks for Beach Swim Surf Yoga Exercise

I wore these to Noah's Ark Waterpark in the Wisconsin Dells, WI. I wore them for 7 hours straight. The ground is all completely concrete and the bottoms of the Aqua Socks didn't wear out at all. They stayed on in the wave pools and down all of the slides (including the crazy Scorpion's Tail!) They also kept the heat off of the soles of my feet. I wouldn't say they dried off quickly like the description says (I imagined an hour or 2) but they did dry off faster than water shoes. The soles are a lightweight grippy rubber. My husband really wanted a pair after he saw how easily I could swim in the water then walk on the concrete without slipping.

These are actually great but put them on gently bc I ripped both ankles from their hem bc I was at work (I got these bc I'm a private nurse at people's homes and often have to go into the shower w patients, etc) rushing and pulled them on fast. Of course I am a dope and didn't think to exchange them until after the 30 days had passed. So yeah, the ripping is the ONLY reason I gave 4/5 sters- if they are pulled on properly, bunched and slid on like the way you would put on pantyhose, taking 5 seconds instead of 2, they would have never broken and they really do still look 100% new even after being worn through about 50 soapy (sometimes dirty) showers and also are very easy to wash if that's needed. These would really also be great for going into mucky lakes. I've always vacationed at Lakes my entire life and, although often necessary for safety more so than to keep from being grossed out, always felt that the hard bottom water shoes take away from the outdoors experience; whereas the bottoms of these are hard enough to protect the feet while walking on gross lake or ocean bottoms (they would NOT however protect from say, accidentally jumping down hard on to a broken shell.. which, incidentally happened to my grandmother when she was in barefeet causing an infection that landed her in the hospital for 3 days.. so if you're looking for sturdy protection just go for the traditional water-shoes) - it's like a thick almost rubbery fabric on the bottom and like that of a wetsuit everywhere else. Anyway I definitely recommend these and my only suggestion is just to take the extra 3 seconds to put them on carefully and in that case you'll be really happy with them, I think! to anyone who made it all the way through this thank you for reading, I hope this helps and may you have a lovely holiday season and blessed new year.

I purchased this item for my teenage daughter to swim with as the bottom of the concrete pool tears up her toes severely. We really felt this product was the resolution.After spending the afternoon wearing these socks, we noticed there were large holes in them. The rubber wore down severely, and the socks did not withstand two hour use in the pool. Great idea, but not a product that lasts long for the price I paid.

So annoyed. Wore twice. This is rediculous. I really wanted to take them to Schlitterbahn, but it looks like that can't happen.. money well wasted! 😧

Good quality. I wear size 7.5 US. These were true to size. Was worth the purchase as I wore it daily on my vacation (made sure to get to the beach every day). They protected my feet from hot sand and were convenient for walking into beach bars without having to switch shoes. They're still intact after 10 days of use. Next vacation coming soon. We'll see if they stand the test of time.

Four members of our family bought these water shoes to protect against a pool (on vacation) that was resurfaced with a gritty substance that was making feet raw and bleeding. Three of the shoes had holes in the toe upon first wearing, two pair were completely shredded after four days' wearing.They run at least one size small. Not sure that I would buy again.

I don’t understand how people give these shoes bad ratings. We bought them a year ago to wear in Hawaii. We didn’t wear them in the beach, we wore them to go hiking in the rocky and muddy trails on the road to Hana. These shoes sustained miles of hiking. We have also worked them while hiking in our home town, we wear them to cross creeks (with tons of rocks), we have also used them at water parks, and in the sedona rocky creeks. Not a tear to any of our pairs. And we use them primarily on rocks and in the water. I have chubby feet so I know I’m stretching those babd boys and they are still in good condition

Bought these to use on my treadmill since I can't stand using my walking/running shoes on it, and barefoot is rough on the feet. They feel great and are exactly what I was looking for. I've only used them for a month but they have held up great. I do wish they breathed a little better but I will continue to use them and would buy them again if these wore out. I would prefer these to water socks if I was looking for something to walk and swim in.
