Arrived with a faulty atomiser. Think the unit itself is faulty and poorly made too because upon the first use some of the plastic on the unit started to melt, surely that's not safe?Really disappointed.UPDATE - I had to buy a new atomiser the day after receiving this faulty item so therefore it cost me an additional £40, and an hour spent soldering and fixing the unit to get it to work. Very poorly made product.When it works, it does work well. But for £80 + £40 on an atomiser and 2 days of messing with it, it's just not worth it.Be cautious about buying this product as it just seems poorly made.

Very upset with my purchase. The atomizer was broken to begin with and then when my replacement arrived, I tried to remove the broken one, but when I did the whole connector came out with it. This is like a cheap imitation of an already cheap product. This version looks fancier but the atomizer is cheap and old. the heating element is visible, unlike in the China version where it is hidden and more professional looking. my advise, don't order!

I looked online and there was no reviews what so ever about this item so i took a gamble but to my shock the item exceeded my expectations and is so ive been told by a few of my friends who have tried the equivalent puffco/dr dabber this is actually as good if not betterGreat portable e rig for anyone great 4 setting nice cool dabs or savage head blasting hot ones its up to you

Mine is broken after three uses. I ignored reviews thinking it was heavy handed people breaking things but no, 3 uses later and mine is flashing twice red and not heating up. Cleaned after each use according to booklet. Not happy for the price. Returning.
