I just had to order another one because the adapter did not work. I change the adapter at the end of the cord to the old one and it works. I just wrote an email asking for you to send me an adapter so the other light will work as well. Unfortunately It went out the day before I had a party. The lights are back on working and they great when they’re working.

I tried the lights as soon as I got them. Nothing. They wouldn't turn on. I put batteries in the remote, no change. I knew it had to be either the remote or the control box, so I ordered another set. After all, two sets couldn't have the same problem.When I got the second set, I tested them still in the box and they worked fine. I disconnected the control box and swapped it for the one connected to the first set of lights and they worked great! (The control box is made to disconnect so more than one set of lights can be connected together)I sent email to Peter Lee, the seller listed in the directions, explaining the problem, and the solution I had come up with. Since the two strands can be connected together, they both work fine, I just don't have an extra control box.Peter offered me a full refund of both light sets for my trouble. I can't complain about that!I was originally going to give this a 4 star review ONLY because the first set didn't work, but upon thinking about it, I got two sets of working lights for free. That seems worthy of a 5 star review to me.I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

They looked good only need one set it’s fine. ALL , EVERY SINGLE end to end was melted or destroyed. Let alone we had to work opening them. We know why after every one melted. We bought this for our door tent use. I work on getting a refund for these! Poor construction!They are very light in weight , great colors, led, plastic covers all good but wiring is bad! If you have an end to end that works I’m sure they’d be perfect for dollar value. But when you buy 6 sets and each one messes up it’s not good odds!!I did email them with no response.

When I got my lights, a bulb was blown. This probably occurred during shipment and is not because of poor quality. The lights are durable, bright, and beautiful! However, I couldn't find another bulb to replace the one that was blown. I looked online and at various hardware stores. So I emailed the company (and found out they make their own lights and do not sell elsewhere). They responded quickly and resolved my issue immediately. I am incredibly pleased with the lights as well as the customer service!

We purchased these lights (from the same seller/same type) a year ago, and the ones we bought this year to replace a section that had broken was completely different (see image for the ones we got - the remote was different too, so a new design or manufacturer maybe). They didn't work when connected to the old ones, so we ended up just buying a whole new set of three.However, when we got the lights up again, they were easy to set up and they look great in our backyard at night. They work well as outdoor yard holiday lights or just fun colors/white lights throughout the year. Great for garden parties or just to pretty-up your yard. Just a little frustrating that they didn't work with the "old" version of the same product from a year ago, while it appeared nothing had changed on the website.

Really love the size of the bulbs, and the brightness of the colors. so many options for changing colors, how they blink (or don't). They even have a setting that if you play music, and the bulbs flicker in time w/ the music!The real reason for my review is the FANTASTIC customer service from the seller. We got our first string and there were 2 bulbs that didn't work. And yes, we tested the sockets w/ bulbs that DID work. They only give you 1 spare so we had to get another. in the box there is a small piece of paper w/ instructions - and on there, is an email address. Just email the seller and he sent a box of 3 bulbs. Unfortunately - those didn't work, so I emailed him again, got another box - and same issue. Basically that one bulb was stuck on soft white - which isn't bad, but when you want a string of colors (or 1 color), soft white just stands out. After the 2nd box, the seller said he was sending a whole new set - and it works perfectly. I can't thank him enough for his assistance and sending all those bulbs and eventually a new set, all thru email (no need to go thru amazon). GREATLY appreciated!!

The media could not be loaded. These lights are AWESOME! Sturdy, lots of functions, nice and bright, ability to increase or decrease the speed of the flash, but my favorite is the ability to sync up with music. (see video). If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
