Perfect for equatorial mode on SeeStar.
It works perfectly with my SeeStar S50 and S30. Fits easily with the skywatcher tripod. It’s easy to install and doesn’t weigh much.

Perfect to Use with a Seestar or Dwarf Smart Telescope
First, let me say this is a great product! I have bought two of them so far. I use it to mount my Seestar and Dwarf telescopes in EQ orientation. IT COMES WITH THE SADDLE DOVETAIL so you'll be ready to go as soon as you get it (the Dwarf has a smaller hole in the bottom so you'll need a 1/4 -> 3/8 adaptor). It is very sturdy and a perfect match for the Sky Watcher Star Adventurer tripod. The adjustment knobs are easy to use for fast polar alignment. If you're on the fence about buying this, just do it. You won't regret it.

Good, portable equatorial mount for planetary, lunar, and visually findable objects
Good basic equatorial mount to put under your regular adjustable alt/az tripod head and optics to reduce/eliminate drift from sky's rotation at your latitude. Very good solution for lunar, planetary, and visually findable objects.I have a 90mm x 1000mm catadioptric with a light SLR that I put on this Skywatcher mount. I did not like the motorized mount I had tried and wanted something I could quickly, manually align to my desired object and track using just one axis for right ascensio instead of pushing a whole bunch of buttons and waiting. Plus no plug-in or batteries required.First mount the Skywatcher EQ Latitude base on a firm tripod. If you are using a camera tripod, you will need to remove the head from the tripod first so that the mounting bolt is exposed. Note that the Skywatcher requires a larger bolt to mount than an SLR camera does. It's one step up in size, so you may need a converter, like I did, to step up the thread size on your now-headless tripod.Once mounted, look up your latitude with a GPS device/app or an internet search of where your town is. Set the tilt on the Skywatcher to that # of degrees. Then use a compass/app and point the top of the tilted column to north. Add an Alt/Az (2-axis, left-right/up-down) tripod head to the top of the Skywatcher. Then put your scope or camera on the tripod head. For the best tracking results, get the North Star centered in your scope with the closest you can get to the correct latitude on the Skywatcher. But you can get useful results with a "close enough" setting for latitude and a good setting to true north with your GPS/app.Now you can quickly find objects, lock them in for declination and rotate your scope or camera using the left/right axis as right ascension to keep on the object as it moves (or as we move underneath it.)Nice basic solution for planetary, lunar, and visually findable objects. Skycharts can help you with finding more obscure stuff.

Get is for your Seestar if you want to use it in equatorial mode.
Get this for your Seestar if you want to use it in equatorial mode. Then get a 3D printed tray with a dovetail for your phone so you can use an app to polar align it, even before dark.

Can do the basic job but that's it
Can do the basic job. But you can't reply on the latitude and try to positioning it towards north since those are far least accurate enough.

Functions as a Wedge mount
This Sky Watcher S20530 Star Adventurer Latitude (EQ) base can be used as an alt-azimuth wedge mount. I combined it with a Svbony alt-azimuth mount, also available at Amazon. It is a solid, sturdy mount.
