I’ve replaced lots of these screens over the years. This is nothing new to me and my experience is not due to lack of skill or knowledge. To start with the plug on the ribbon cable for the home button does not fit onto the board in the phone. I had to pull the old back plane and ribbon cable off of the old screen and install it on the new screen. It plugged in fine. Another thing to add is, that the pictures are misleading in making you think there’s a home button included. There is no home button included. As someone stated in another review, the instructions are completely in adequate. Also, my package contained no tools. Now as I’ve stated before I’ve done this job so I have the tools on hand anyway. For someone that doesn’t do this very often, this would be a major roadblock to fixing their phone. The quality of the screen itself is quite good. Once I got the home button moved from the old screen to the new one, and the old back plane and ribbon cable installed for the new screen, everything worked perfectly. Beware if you don’t have a lot of skill with this -you might want to look at purchasing a different product, if you run into the same issues that I did.

I purchased this screen to fix my daughters iPhone 6 Plus that had a badly cracked screen. The product came and was in new condition and the tools are actually nice. However, I disassembled the phone and the cables were slightly not exact and when I reconnected everything and closed the phone up. I powered it on and it worked for about 15 seconds to boot to the lock screen. I tried to enter in the code and nothing happens and then the phone went black. Completely unresponsive and not powering on from battery or even after a few minutes connected to a charging cable. the screen shows nothing and iTunes does not see the phone when plugged in. This product bricked my working phone and now instead of only having to replace the cracked screen I am replacing the entire phone. Even placing my old screen back in the phone does not work anymore. Sadly this screen did irreversible damage to my device.

I had an iPhone 6 Plus that the Touch Screen did not work at all. With quite a bit of difficulty (I followed a YouTube video) I managed to open the phone and removed the old screen; once that was done, installing the replacement was fairly easy . However, now the screen only works sometimes. It is possible that it really wasn't my screen after all, and there is something wrong with the motherboard itself. Or there is something wrong with the new screen. I have no way to check this.Also, I messed up the screen protector trying to determine how to install it - there were no instructions for this!I am taking away a star because the instructions by themselves are not specific enough to follow. I didn't know that there are two tiny screws near the charging port that have to come out!

This is a quality package. It has a fully assembled screen, all the tools you need, and a new temper glass screen protector. I installed the screen in just minutes thanks to tools included in the package. The screen works just like new. I can't detect any differences from the original. The tools are comprehensive and are of good quality with magnetic metal screw drivers an plastic prying tools. It even included a magnetic pad with grid to keep the screws in place. Overall, I am very happy with the screen and impressed with the quality of the package, tools, and most importantly the screen.

After having the product of a few years I finally got the courage to replace the screen and give away the phone but when the screen came on it has vertical lines all over it. I unplugged and reconnected the cables but still the same. I guess you get what you pay for.

Installation is easy. Camera already intact. Bought to replace my screen. However,This arrived with connector pin for home button wacked. I tested the screen nevertheless. It doesn’t display anything. Has a gray light background something is wrong with it. Put back my old screen , it has dead pixel but at least I see something.

Extremely good quality screen replacement. I’ve replaced many screens over the years for myself, my wife, kids, etc.Fully pre-assembled version, only had to swap out the home button.Plus the packaging was really good, well padded & boxed. And the included tools were an upgrade compared to the cheaper quality tools that came with prior screen kits I’ve used.I’ll probably prefer to use this set of tools for future screens I work on.I didn’t need the included instructions because of past replacements I’ve learned from. But when looking at them, they were worded well, step by step, with good pictures to learn what to do. I would have liked this for my initial attempts.

I bought this to replace my daughters iPhone 6 Plus. It is very easy to replace after seeing few videos. We used everything came with this set (except home button). It all work well.I kept the old one as backup in case the one with the screen replacement failed to work.But so far everything is working well as expected.

I opened up the phone, unscrewed about 8 screws, and reassembled it without hassle, took me about 15 minutes, the screen quality is very bright and feels high quality, would recommend for people without the time to transfer everything or want to save time

Replaced the screen in a few minutes myself, works perfect, replacement itself is straight forward and doable by anyone a tiny bit mechanically minded. I'd highly recommend this product
