Tastes good. Adds crunch to recipes!
I have been putting this on chicken breasts and air frying it and it is delicious. It makes it nice and crispy (similar to fried chicken). Good for high protein diets that get boring.

Delicious and gluten free!
Perfect for those with celiac/gluten allergy/wheat allergy. Use everywhere calling for breadcrumbs. Our favorites - coated chicken tenders in the air fryer and added to meatloaf. Makes everything tasty.

Fabulous for low carbohydrate cooking
If you want a low carb alternative sometimes as filler on meatballs, leaves, etc, these are fantastic without adding a lot of extra flavor. It doestaste good, but won't alter the final product. It also won't offer binding qualities like breadcrumbs so keep in mind texture and what else you're using. I kind of like that it makes things more tender in that way, but if that doesn't suit you then just be aware. Lasts a long time and is a great price compared to many other brands

This pork rinds make a great breading for fish and chicken or casseroles like the keto cauliflower version of Mac and Cheese. The price is very competitive and I find it an easy substitute for many breadcrumb ingredients. I'm ordering my third bottle.
