Timex Men's Easy Reader 35mm Perfect Fit Watch

I bought a similar watch for my 90 year old Grandfather but adjusting the sizing was so hard so I found this one. I am happy to say it was so easy to adjust and he really loves the gold and silver tone. It doesn't pinch his thinning skin either which is really great! The numbers are clear and the light is awesome. My Grandfather is dealing with memory issues in his older age so the light being able to go on at night is really comforting to him and helps him to not feel disoriented. I recommend this watch to anyone!

Overall, I am very pleased with this watch. Very nice looking and feels like it will last a very long time. It definitely looks and feels more expensive. I only have one gripe, which is the size of the date. It's so small I can't make it out unless I'm wearing my reading glasses and focus really hard. Still, wonderful watch for the money and I highly recommend it.

My father is 92 (kind of an old school type guy) he likes this watch I bought for him.Easy to read and he is a big fan of the Expansion Band. I needed to take several links out of the band. It was very simple to do. It is actually a very handsome looking not real expensive watch. Seems solid.

We love this watch band. In a few minutes I adjusted the length with no tool required.

Many of the reviews on here are more extreme than necessary. I’ve historically never liked metal watches with stretch bands as they pinch my wrist however this watch has changed how I view that. It’s got an incredible build for the value.Things you should know —-- the packaging is simple and comes with a pillow to wrap your existing watch around (if you have one)- there’s a slight jingle from where the strap connects to the watch face.- you can hear it tick if it’s within 2’ of your face- other people will notice & compliment it- the face is so dark it’s you should consider it black- it’s comfortable in bed, doesn’t snag on sheets.- comfortable after a shower or while doing physical activitiesConclusion ———If you’re anything like me and spent 3 hours comparing this to different watches to see what’s the best value, then make the jump and purchase. For the price I can’t complain & my last timex watch lasted 4.5 years before it began to run slow.

I'm 56. I've had Timex watches the majority of my life. Yes, I still wear a watch. I think you should to. Put done that iPhone. The first thing I noticed is the band is incredibly flimsy and has a super duper cheap feel to it. It's not an expensive watch by any means, so I looked past it. Thinking when it wears out or breaks i'll replace it because the watch itself should last. I have already replaced the band. About 4 months ago the Indiglo night light up feature stopped working. I think an expectation of more than 1 year of functionality is reasonable. Submitted a warranty claim...waiting on response. Will update as needed. It's 10.23.2022 the watch was purchased 04.13.2021. I ordered this watch, because I wanted something classy, yet simple and easy to read. This is a man's watch, but I wanted something a little bigger that a woman's, which is why I ordered it. It's a really nice watch. The shiny gold tone makes the watch a bit more dressy. And, the band can be adjusted to fit your wrist size. A small tool is included to remove or add links. I did end up returning the watch, only because it was just a little too big for my liking. That is just my personal reason. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch itself.

The expansion band for my new “Timex Men's Easy Reader 35mm Perfect Fit Watch” needs to be longer by one or two links to fit my wrist, but Timex has created a band that can be adjusted by removing links, but can't be lengthened … the powers that be have created an band that is totally unfavorable to the buyer! And, Timex doesn’t sell individual links for the watch!The Timex web site shows the "Perfect Fit self-adjustable gold-tone 20mm stainless steel expansion band fits up to 8-inch wrist circumference." You can adjust the band length by removing links. That's all super, but to make the watch band comfortable, some of us need to "adjust" the band longer, by adding links. The problem is I now have a perfectly good Timex Men's Easy Reader 35mm Perfect Fit Watch that doesn't fit ... and my ONLY recourse is to simply keep the watch!“You can adjust the band length by adding links.” For more details about this process, "please call our customer service team" ... Customer Service is NO help!The web site shows, "Please return the watch in the original box with all original packing material, manuals and any other materials that came with the watch." Timex packs their watches in such a way that there really is no way to repack a watch for return!"For your protection, we recommend you insure your return shipment.
