Q: does this fit a rabbit

No! I bought this for my rabbit and it would maybe fit a hamster

Would be a snug fit, I’d say too small.

Q: The measurements on the Top of add say 7x7x7. In the product description it says, Product Dimensions: 0.3 x 8 x 9.5 inches, true dimensions pls?

I measured the tent on the inside. The floor is 7 inches X 7 inches. The height in the center is 7.5 inches. It is made for a small pet. The material is light and the tent would need to be tied down to keep it still for an active pet. Good thing the tent comes with attached ties. My kids are using it as a toy for small stuffed animals.
