Nordic WareCommercial Original Bundt Muffin Pan with Premium Non-Stick Coating, 6-Cavity

I used this for carrot cakes. They came out great! The size allows them to bake evenly all the way through and carmelize just a little on the outside - not the usual crispy edges/mushy center that I have gotten with this recipe in a normal 9x13 cake pan. One recipe made about 14 individual bundt cakes, which are each big enough for 2 people to share. I tried greasing the pan and greasing + flouring. For me, greasing worked just fine, though I think I should have let them cool a little longer before trying to get them out of the pan to avoid sticking on the center flute. The pan is very heavy so it retains heat well and takes a little while to cool. The nonstick coating made clean up very easy. I'll be using this a lot.

What can I say? Super sturdy, cooks great. I purchased several of these and in all, made 216 chocolate bundtcakes with a recipe to die for. EVen though they are non stick, we still sprayed with a non stick spray. With the cake recipe, it worked out to put 1/2 cup batter PLUS two tablespoons for the perfect bundt cake. Not overflowing and not whimpy like a sad little donut. This is no light weight pan. It's very good quality.

I decided on the commercial grade pan instead of the other similar pressed steel pan and I love it. I made cakes in it yesterday, just sprayed the pan with avocado oil, and they popped right out! The pan is a nice heavy weight and baked very evenly. It cleaned up really well, too. All in all, incredible pan!

I am a hobby baker and have a collection of cake pans. I bought one of these pans last year and love it so much that I bought another so I can bake a dozen at a time. So many cute ways to decorate. This is a heavy pan-bakes evenly.

Years ago I purchased 2 Nordic Ware mini Bundt Pans from Williams & Sonoma, and soon after I bought a 3rd, so I could make a double batch of mini bundts at the same time. The mini bundts were generous with one cake recipe making 9 vs 12 mini cakes (that's why I needed 3 to bake a double batch of 18 cakes) Recently a local cafe fell in love with the mini bundts & rather than transport my pans I bought them a set. These say Original, but they are made of aluminum vs the heavy iron mine are (which is nice & still non-stick coated) but they are also slightly smaller. Now one recipe makes 10 - 11 depending on the recipe. Also, they are non-stick, but I Highly recommend using the non-stick cooking spray with flour.

I have been using two of these mini bundt pans for my small baking business. They are very, very sturdy and are worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend the tips listed below if you plan to purchase this product.Tips:* Do not stack one within another without using a thin cloth to avoid chipping or scraping of the non-stick coating.* Use a spray (such as PAM) for even better results.* Fill only about 50%-65% depending upon batter.* Allow bundt cakes to completely cool before attempting to remove.* When removing the bundt cakes you will need to turn the pan upside down, tap the pan on its side to loosen the cakes.

This was a gift for my sister. She loves to bake. Price was a factor with this purchase. I was afraid the quality would not be comparible with the same products in major stores. I need not have worried, she was delighted with the performance. It did exactly what she expected. Would order again.

Item came with the coating "wrinkled" on the pan. Didn't bother to bake with it. Sending it back.

Its everything they claim it to be. The beautiful bundts pop out intact. Love it!
