Wolfgang 7-in-1 Puck 12-Cup Food Processor chopper blade lifts off spidle
We had a older version wolfgang puck food processor which worked great for years after it wore out we decided to buy new version, whisk, slicer, cube dicer all worked great didn’t try chopper feature for a while after about one month the main reason we purchased this processor when I set in chopper feature an started chopping soft food lettuce, onion, tomato the chopper blade lifts off spindle as it slides from the top of spindle down to the bottom and engages to the bottom never dreamed this would happen this is a bad design or maybe I got one out of a bad batch I didn’t look at reviews as the was mention in some reviews hope seller will let me return THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR IF NOT FOR THE CHOPPER LIFTING OFF

Very disappointed. This product is being sold defective.
The chopper part of this product is defective. The disc stem ( manual, pg 9 #13) is defective. It doesn’t hold the Chopping Blade (#15) in place. Therefore, when one attempts to chop vegetables this blade goes up instead of staying in place. The worst part of this is that the company is aware. I was informed by an employee at Synergy Housewares, LLC that, I need to buy the “proper” Disc Stem. Even though they’re still selling these processors with the defective Disc stems, they’re not willing to take RESPONSIBILITY and replace them for free !!. Very discouraging!!

Absolute JUNK
We are shocked Wolfgang Puck would put his name on this product because there is NO WAY he would actually use it. Everyone else’s reviews about the defective chopper lifting off the bottom is 100% accurate. Even worse- after less than a year the immersion blender started to fall apart while being used, which is incredibly dangerous and extremely inconvenient when you have to fish all of the parts out of the food you’re puréing. Why does the price for such a dynamic set of kitchen tools seem too good to be true? BECAUSE IT IS! Cheap parts + cheaper engineering = JUNK. Unless you just plan to have some kitchen tools around that give you the false appearance of being a home chef, there is no reason for anyone to purchase this product. Actually, there is one thing that it’s perfect for- YOUR GARBAGE BIN. Buyer be warned!
