We have had very few power failures because most of the wiring in our community is underground, but we have had three that I can remember.I put one bulb in an upstairs bathroom and one in a lamp outside our bedroom that stays on at night.So if the power goes out we can leave the bedroom and will have enough light to find a flashlight and if nessesary use a toilet upstairs.One unexpected surprise was the softness of light coming from the bulb.Now I can't wait for a power failure, to puff out my chest.The price of $22 for four bulbs is a bargain.

Our living room is a bit big and the sitting area is quite far away from any walls with outlets. I like having table lamps in my sitting area by the sofa but I don't like an electrical cord running in the living room and I can't find any cordless lamps that are pretty enough (many currently available cordless lamps are too small for the look I'm trying to achieve). With these lightbulbs, I can now pick any regular size table lamps I like, place them wherever I like and light up the area without plugging them in (no string attached literally). I just need to use a binder clip to complete circuit. Unlike other rechargeble lightbulbs or cordless lamps, these bulbs are BRIGHT like normal light bulbs. Awesome products!

Seems okay. Only tested one so far. The PRO is larger than a regular bulb and will not fit in some lamps and it charges in the socket. Nothing to indicate it's charge level. Does not get hot a little warm where light is.

These lightbulbs are the best!!! You just keep one in a lamp in the living room and one in the bathroom, or any room you’d like to have light when the power goes out. They charge up while plugged in. They have a little hanger so you can use them camping too. Or hard to see in closets,

We live off grid in the summer and thought I’d try these , they are awesome! I just screw them in when we have the generator on and they charge and I have light !! Very happy with them .

I purchased the Neporal Emergency Light bulbs, 15 watt led, 3000K, for emergency power outage preparedness. I ordered and received the bulbs in a timely fashion. The bulbs looked durable and the color of the light was not harsh, but warm for home use. I had great expectations for these bulbs.Opening the box, I discovered the bulbs were about 50% larger than standard (60 watt) LED or incandescent bulbs. But, I was willing to accept this, as they would be placed in the bigger lamps in my home. I then placed the bulb in a lamp (with a shade) and turned it on. Wow! NOT much light from a 15 watt LED bulb! This bulb puts out less light than other 9 watt LED emergency bulbs I have purchased. The lumens for this 15W LED bulb was 750 lumens as compared to a 9W, 800 lumen LED emergency bulb I already have. At best, this bulb maybe could be compared to a 60W incandescent bulb.....maybe! I have standard 75W LED bulbs, that use 13.5 watts, and emit 1100 lumens. If you need a soft light for your living room, or any other room, then please buy this one.I'm sure it is a great light for emergency use, but for everyday use the lumens are just not enough for my use. I can use lower wattage LED emergency bulbs (9 watts), have a smaller bulb, have greater brightness for everyday use, and save more on electricity cost.I'm sorry to say I will have to return these Neporal 15W emergency bulbs!

This is the first time I have ever heard of these types of light bulbs. I appreciate the fact that they are rechargeable and can illuminate any dark place with ease, especially without needing wires to operate them. They will come in handy while working in our Fireworks booth at night. I would repurchase this product.
