Does this smell strongly of alcohol like the ultrasun transparent sports gel?

Hi no I have just returned from holiday and used it was fine

Generally, will 150ml last an adult for a 2 week holiday?

Pending on your activities during holiday I would say "Yes" and I also took Ultrasun face SPF50+ as Sports spray can be too greasy for facial use.

Does this go white on the skin?

No residue on the skin with either the cream or the gel. The face cream starts white but fades quickly.
