RefrigiWear Men's Iron-tuff Coveralls With Hood

I absolutely love these coveralls. If you work outside in the cold, this is definitely something you want to invest your money in because it’s a one-stop solution for staying warm. These coveralls will keep you warm and dry without needing to wear much underneath, which makes getting dressed for work easier and less bulky. They really lock in the heat and protect you from harsh winter weather. I do recommend pairing them with good insulated boots and quality gloves to complete the setup, especially if you’re working long hours outdoors. The overall quality is great. They’re easy to put on, the length isn’t overly long, and the fit feels practical and comfortable. The hood makes it even more ideal for extreme cold conditions. The only thing I don’t really like is that the material makes a noticeable noise when you walk. However, you do get used to it over time. That same material is what makes it so heavy wind-resistant and water-repellent, so it’s a trade-off for the protection you’re getting. Overall, this is a solid investment if you need serious protection from freezing temperatures.

It fits just perfect. Love it and quality is very good. Love the style and it was delivered on time for a change. I am not a man yet it fits just fine being not that u can tell. To me it should be marked in ad as unisex not just men. Warmth is just awesome and I had one similar in my younger years that I used when power was out for 5 days in a blizzard. Zipper is very good compared to other one I returned in wrong size as that one hesitated when trying to zip or unzip. Price is Awesome and very Happy with the weight of it on me feeling solid and secure. Yet it has a little wiggle room to move freely or ad other clothes under it. Can wear it and know u will be warm and not freeze!

This thing dies a great job at keeping the heat in. I use it as a coat when I'm having winter fun on my snowmobile and this keeps my toasty, even on windy days. I'm talking -10°F (-23°C) and I'm unzipping it a little because I'm sweating.

Really good coverol! Very warm and wind proof, tested in Michigan winters at tower works. I wear model with hood and it's realy works in cold and windy days.

We're in 2024. This coat is still going strong with only a slight string coming loose by the arm zipper. In fact, over the years, I end up being TOO hot wearing this if Im shoveling. You can wear shorts and a T-shirt in 30mph winds and 5f and you'll be fine. This is by far the best coat I have ever owned. Be prepared to struggle a bit to get it on and off. But its warmth is epic. I was able to work in the garage down to 20f and strangely enough I didnt need gloves. Im sure I could have functioned fine down to zero, but at that temp, not too many tools work that well and most liquids are either frozen or jelly. I wore it while waddling out along Lake Michigan shores in the early dawn for sunrise pictures in the dead of winter. I was as comfortable as a summer day. Its baggy enough to be able to move around in yet fits so as to be productive moving around. I cant speak for the durability yet, but after several uses, its showing no signs of wear. I have it sitting in the back seat of my van as it looks like a person propped up on its own.

Update: Great customer service and decent warmth for low activity Astronomy. And when the Stars disappear start early yard work they are warm. The rise and grotch wedge do call for a bit larger and not as sleek as the xl. Rugged for the unexpected from dark shadows of the night. Three stars because they sent an Army drab green. Not going to send back because of color. The quality of the suit is very good such as zippers. A bit cool for Astronomy which is low activity in a zero gravity chair at 40 degrees and still need a heavy outer coat. It will be small if I gain any more weight. 5 11 225 lbs. This I believe is considered obese and hopefully I will pay heed. Again if not for the wrong color sent Id give at least 4 stars and quality deserves a 5 star except its not as warm as I expected for low activity meteor counting. Chest pocket not very large as if designed for a pack of smokes and not my slightly larger mp3. Not sure my wrath of the wrong color sent supports only 3 stars since color is not a good measure of quality. And the suit is well made for the extra money. So since finding Menkar is a lonely splendor color not withstanding. Not sure meteor count would increase if had the right color been sent. Oh I forgot the hood is very nice and warm and a good fit for my big head and headphones, a very nice hood.

Amazing , super warm . I used it to ride my Harley in 30-35 degree Chicago weather and it held up to what is said about this product. cant wait to use in colder weather . I work outside and with this product I dont see any issues with being or getting cold . I have used this product at my job in a -41 degree freezer with no issues . will be my go to winter wear .

I initially bought this for myself to wear when I walk my dog in the cold Chicago winters. It worked so well, that my husband decided to buy one as well. I will say they do run a little large, especially for women. I originally ordered a Large based on the bust measurements and after speaking with a Refrigiwear Rep., but it was too big, so I returned it and ordered a medium instead. The only other thing that needs to be worked out is the low crotch. Since it is a unisex fit (which basically is geared towards men) it hangs low which makes it hard to sit and put your shoes on unless you pull them up at the waist before you sit. I have to do the same when I bend down to pick up my dog’s poop, but I can live with that because they definitely do their job by keeping me warm. Sometimes a little too warm, but I just unzip it a bit to get some cooler air in. I am 100% satisfied with these coveralls!!

Keeps me warm sitting on an open cab machine in the -25c Canadian winter. If you have to do any actual work you will sweat. Feels a bit like walking around in a sleeping bag, pretty comfy. Only problem i have is that i can't turn my head with the hood up, which isn't great for a machine operator. I should have gotten the one without a hood.

very good product

This coverall may be okay for ski-doo drivers but it's not very useful if you want to do some work. The coverall is very stiff and the legs are short compared to the top part. One looks like Justin Bieber as the trouser legs end just above the knees.
