What kind of ink cartridge does it take? would like to find a blue ink refill??

This type of pen uses the Parker QuinkFlow Ink Refill for Ballpoint Pens, Medium Point, Black Pack of 6 Refills (1782469) purchased through Amazon. I'm not sure if they have it in blue, but you can check.

I just received my pen but I thought it was push button. Does the tip not retract?
