Reliable, Great Little Device
I'd been looking into sous vide for a long time but was put off by the extortionate prices. This device does exactly the same thing, at a fraction of the cost.Simple to use, instructions are barely necessary (just clip onto a large watertight vessel, add hot water to somewhere between Min & Max mark, set the timer and temp and off you go)The machine beeps when your selected temperature is achieved, then it's time to add your vac-packed food. (If the bag is light and floats just pop something small on top to keep it submerged)The temperature remains steady and stable at within 1 degree, I've tested with a separate thermometer and it's reliable. Then just walk away and prepare the rest of your meal while you wait for the finished "beeps".Mine has been used regularly since it arrived and works flawlessly. Best lamb chops *ever* (just flash them in a smoking hot frying/griddle pan for a few seconds each side afterwards to sear, colour and crisp). Steaks, chicken, fish etc are also delicious, tender and moist cooked this way. There are plenty of places around the web to find recipes and timings/temps for different foods, and to be honest you can never go wrong if you get that right.An economical way to try sous vide cooking, I can highly recommend this immersion cooker for anyone else who has wanted to try but been deterred by the prices.

Cooks well. Simple to use, nice product.
I bought this to reduce nasty fishy smells as the fish is completely contained in the silicone bags I bought to use with it. It’s so good to eat fish as often as we like without the awful odour.

Looks good but leaves lot to desire..
Unfortunately I received faulty product. Control panel did light up and I was able to enter some of the required settings but that was all...circulator would not power on any further than that. I'm now waiting to receive refund...

Failed after 2 years.
Worked very well but failed after two years when the warranty had just expired. As such, I wouldn't recommend. Have opted to purchase an ANOVA sous vide stick instead despite the extra cost. Time will tell if it lasts longer but it is definitely superior from an operational viewpoint.

Great overall, poor quality manual
Disclaimer:I use the product for my film development workflow to keep my film development fluids in the correct temperature so it is not the designed purpose of the product.Great product. The temperature control is accurate.The only aspect I did not like is the manual. Needs to be reviewed for instructions and corrected for English
