Sandalwood .33oz Solid Perfume -.33oz Brand: Pacifica

The name says Sandalwood. That's my main issue, since it doesn't smell like it. Not at all. This would be a one-star review if not for the quick and informed response to my query regarding the scent of this solid. It was explained there are citrus notes, etc, and the sandalwood would come through after it was on my skin for a while.It never did.I chose this due to its packaging; I didn't want the cute but useless carved stone container in which Sandalwood solids tend to be sold. This metal one could be recycled. oh well. I enjoy wearing sandalwood, so I will not be wearing this. Not a big citrus fan.Back to the carved containers for me.

Though my goal was a strong sandalwood fragrance...I have to say, even though this is more of a tangerine/apple scent, it's really nice.A very ADULT fruity/spiced smell. The density of the solid is perfect. I make my own solid perfume and now I wish I had their base formula. There is only a tiny hint of sandalwood, the name is misleading in my opinion, but it is still a lovely scent. So my advice.....if you are looking for straight sandal, this is not the one, but if you like fruity also...this is great! Give it a try, I bought it for the hopes of sandal and got citrus and loves it!

Love the pure scent but does not last long of course have to reapply at least in 2 hours if want scent to linger. Nice for emergency fresh clean smell makeover compact to carry unfortunately it has gotten expensive

I love the subtle sandalwood scent. It was a bit mor citrusy than I had anticipated but that is fine by me! This is the perfect travel perfume!

LOVE IT. This has permanently replaced my deodorant. The sandalwood and orange scent is my favourite perfume. Will buy again.
