I have found nothing better, or even close. Actually you can improve it's effectiveness by using a hand held ultra sound device. The devices aren't expensive and not dangerous to use. Just follow the instructions and you will be fine. By itself it's great and with the ultra sound device, it's super.

I have RA and this is about the only cream that actually helps, especially at night when Im in pain and having trouble sleeping. Yes it does get hot but after a while of using it, you get used to it. In fact I feel the heat helps so much with the pain and makes it easier to move around.

Strong scent and does as expected. The bigger the soreness, the stronger it works. Starts to burns after about 5 minutes then begins to subside after another 5. Takes about 15-20 minutes to go through the effects of this stuff but it works great.

It was large tubes. A great value for what you pay. Will not buy in store again as long as I can buy it here. Packaged great for shipping, the boxes were sealed in plastic.
