The HPLC columns LiChrospher 100 CN have both polar and hydrophobic properties and combine weak hydrophobic with polar interactions. This allows successful HPLC separation of complex samples. The sorb can be used as a less polar alternative to LiChrospher Si 60 in normal phase applications or as a less hydrophobic alternative to LiChrospher RP-8 in reverse phase applications. This extremely versatile sorption agent is also suitable for selectively charged interactions.
