My husband swears by them (especially after indulging in spicy food that his stomach definitely can’t handle, but he insists on eating anyway).We used to buy regular Alka-Seltzer and the hangover-specific ones, but the extra strength version covers everything for us. Whether it’s heartburn, indigestion, or bouncing back after a night out, this one pack handles it all.They dissolve quickly in water, though I do usually give the glass a good stir at the end - some of the powder tends to settle if you don’t.
