RYNO GEAR Trek Coolmax Tactical Side Zip Boots

so I wanted a lower height set of inexpensive work boots. these just came today, and they're awesome. as comfortable as sneakers, and the side zip makes em a quick on and off. service was great, packaging was impressive, and they even included a new pair of socks that are so nice, I'll be looking for another couple pairs, ha ha. But yes, for my needs, these will be perfect.

My first pair got worn for about 8 months, six days a week for the most part. They held up better than the last several pair of UA's at 1/3 the price. They are a little heavier but that's OK.My only concern is a huge safety problem for a tactical side zip boot.Quick hooks at the top of the boot are totally unnecessary and very dangerous, laces from the other boot can get hooked and trip you. If your feet get crossed up during any type of work, hiking, rescue or any actual tactical situation they could be deadly.Lose the quick hooks for the laces and I'll change to a 5 star rating

Very comfortable. True size. Came with free cool max socks was a surprise.

Great boots, the zipper makes it so easy to pull on and off. Very comfortable and great ankle support. my new go-to boot!

To the point, I really like this boot, but the laces provided suck, they will not stay tied.If I didn't have to replace the laces I'd given it a 5

Had these boots since March 2024. Very comfortable. I am a disabled Vet with limited flexibility. The zipper helps tremendously getting them on and off. I enjoy the style. It allows me to wear a boot I very much like the looks of and still provides support for my back. These boots are light and agile as well which aides me with my ambulatory issues. Cannot beat them especially for the priche. Great find for my pusposes. So far the leather and soles have held up well. They have also kept my feet dry in some pretty wet conditions even with the zipper. Nice quality boot. I will buy again!

I previously reviewed these boots & I am including the review below because my opinion hasn’t changed & that’s the reason I’m buying another pair 22 months later. If the new pair wears as well as my originals, I’ll buy a 3rd pair as a future replacement. That’s how much I like these boots.1st Review: I have used these boots the past 9 months as my primary work boot. I do part-time outdoor work in the woods cutting trees, building structures, hiking, etc.. I have felt surefooted, snug fit with the convenience of a quick unzip & remove. I really like these boots. They retailed for $50!!! They honestly performed much better overall than my $200+ name brand hiking boots. Go figure! I nicked my boot today with the chainsaw & thought to myself, go review this boot! It’s a great value, pure & simple.
