Perfect in kitchen area ,liked it so much bought another one ,as always Amazon did not let me down !

Chair came in a smaller than expected box, it was easy to assemble which was done in minutes, chair is slightly darker than advertised, reclines easily and is comfy, good value for money!

Delivery ..arrived on first appointed day mid afternoon,,"doorstep delivery""Rung the bell and was back in his wagon before i could check the delivery, lucky at 78 yrs i can still lift things or it would be still on the doorstep.(rant over).The chair...easy to assemble . all parts intact, and comfy to sit , reclines easily.Only downside is a slight smell of mothballs which presumably will fade as time go by. Seems value for money at this stage.

Easy to put together. Back was rather hard but my wife has a curved back so that may contribute to it being uncomfortable

I am not normally a Complaining Karen, however this product took weeks to arrive, (in fact after 6 weeks waiting they sent another one) & assembly is straightforward but as an armchair it is soft but it feels tight & small & unsafe to relax or snooze on, the worst aspect is the weirdly shaped legs one of which broke off & I have to source replacement legs from Ikea, also upon reclining, this chair it feels like perching on a hammock, very precarious and you can only sit upright like in a dentists' chair, you cannot slouch or curl up sideways, this chair is more suited to an old folks home where they sit in a row, rather than for luxury lounging, finally when you move the chair across a carpeted floor this weakens the legs in fact I installed castors on the original legs but they still weakened on moving the chair & broke off, this chair looks great in the pictures & the Black Watch design is actually my family tartan, however they really need to think the legs design because it's a lot of money for a flimsy bit of tat

Great product and service. Item arrived on time and as described by the seller. I love this chair, but it's not quite as sturdy as I hoped. Really easy to put together and very comfortable, but next time I might invest in a slightly more expensive and larger version.

Not even a year old. Arm came loose, eventually broke off completely, unable to use. Awaiting refund from company.
