I wish I would’ve found this sooner!! I’ve tried allllll resources for clinicals and this is the absolute best! Immunization schedule, growth charts, developmental milestones, etc in the front few pages as well. And great space/breakdown for CC, histories, ROS, plan etc. And fits in my coat pocket, must have for clinical :)

This has been very helpful in taking pt notes for SOAP notes while in clinicals.

Love this, it keeps all my information so organized. Yes, the font is small but its a lot of info you can fit on there! Ordering another!

This is perfect for clinicals

Not what I was expecting. I already have the adult version, but was hoping this pediatric version would be geared more towards a pediatric H&P. There is a spot to put the percentiles and milestones, but I could have easily added that to the adult template that I already have.
