I would like to purchase ENERTWIST battery, where do I go?

My son bought me the enertwist drill/driver 20 v and i can not figure out how you put a drill bit into the chuck. there are no good instructions.

Just one hand holds chuck, another hand opens the switch with clockwise rotating, when the chuck is coming out, then insert the bit, and then keep rotate the chuck until it catch the bit very tight, then begin to work.
