Sector 91/8" Shock Pads 2 Pack

I only give these 4 stars because I misread the description thinking these were hard plastic riser pads instead of shock pads, meaning they're rubber. You'd think rubber would work just as well but when you really tighten your trucks to your board the rubber is pressed into the trucks and board giving it less height if that makes any sense at all. My ride was the same after I put them on. Comes with 4 1/8 Shock Pads if the 2 pack description confuses anyone for just a set of 2. I'll probably either be ordering 1/2 riser pads or 1/4 depending on what I think will be the best. Hope this helps mates.

These shock pads are very nice. You get two of them in a small cardboard box, with Sector 9 design and information on it about how the shock pads are environmentally friendly and what not.They are very straight forward, made of rubber, they fit on old and new baseplates, and are great if you are looking to reduce wheel bite and vibration. I have had these for about 3 months now, and they suit me well. I could easily compare their vibration reducing to thicker shock pads, without raising you to a height you are uncomfortable with.

My new electric skateboard was a bit rough to ride on the rough streets of NYC, but with these, the vibrations decreased significantly. Great if you want to put it onto a E-board.

Works well. They crinkle up beneath my paris trucks but I love em. They make the ride smooth and gives that extra clearance I enjoy. Overall great for anything and they do make the ride slightly smoother on tougher pavement

So I got this for my dropthrough longboard not realizing that it wouldn't fit... /: I tried cutting out the middle piece to fit but then the truck wouldn't fit the cuttout properly. I just threw them out. They are cheap so I didnt complain much. I put them on my skateboard, though, they defenietly do the trick. (: They are rubbre shockpads so i wouldn't recommend these is you want risers unless it doesnt matter to you because I guess It would work for both (:

Really great, just don't tighten the bolts too much, these will deform. since they are shockpads they will squish and allot you to keep tightening, but don't overdo it

Nice and soft, don't have to tighten too much to get rid of wiggle, helps cousin the ride a little bit and they are just cool.

These are great if you need risers. Soft but not too soft. Will work with old and new school baseplates. Really cut down on vibration and give your trucks a little more room so you don't get wheel bite and grind your front teeth out of your skull. Free shipping, good price, good deal.
