Whisper quiet and very effective. I use this for cyrofacials and it is perfect.

Do not buy refurbished! Item was clearly broken.
It wasn’t refurbished at all or the inspector was just passing it without checking. Hoses leaking from the unit and one end of hose was broken off. I was so embarrassed when I took it to my friend to help post surgical.

Excellent machine for pain relief. My husband has bad knees and I have neck and lower back pain. The attachments work great for each area we need to have cold on. Would definitely recommend this for anyone.

Perfect for knee replacement
Product arrived quickly packed in original box with instructions. Item looked brand new despite being refurbished. Just the about of cold needed after a knee replacement. Very easy to use and great quality.
