Get one if it's available; iPod friendly, good sound for its size, super light
This is a FANTASTIC alternative for anyone who wants a bluetooth speaker to just have around.I can see this being used at the beach or the poolside (which is what we did).I recently used it because we moved our office to another room in the house, and I wanted to listen to music in the kitchen and found my phone's speakers to be not sufficient.I LOVE it for that purpose.It's not the best bass or FULL sound, but for the price, I think it's fantastic.And it's not heavy AT ALL. You can easily carry this in a purse, bag, backpack, etc. without adding a lot of weight.Solid design though I would not recommend dropping this from a 6 story building.I wouldn't recommend dropping it, PERIOD, though I think it would survive a normal "oops" drop.Great for travel and the little flashlight actually produces quite a bit of visibility, so I can see it being great for camping.For those of you older like me and like your iPods vs. streaming (ugh... why am I paying for music I already own??), this does have a connection jack for your iPod!!! We have been using it on our road trips because our stereo system in our minivan is not working properly. Not as great as our regular car stereo system, but on 18 hour road trips, silence is not an option. =)

Wow, just received this powerful,well built,compact,sturdy,little stereo system! I'm very surprised at the sound quality of thisproduct! I paired it with my Bluetooth in my living room and was shocked how nice it sounded! I bought it to put on myMotor scooter so that I can have music!I will write back after I try it out:) When you first get it charge it( it only took less then an hour) fully charged! A suggestion:The control buttons need to be a light color instead of the black. Orange would be nice to match the outside! With it black, you can't see which control you're hitting! But, I really like all the controlfeatures! I can't wait to see how it doeswhile riding my scooter at higher speeds!I also like that you can charge it using a wall plug or from your computer, and I will be able to play my iPod which is notBT enabled by plugging in the the 3.5mmwire cable provided! The charging port and on and off switch is protected too.No to mention you get a flash light built into the unit. Enough for now, I will let all you cycle, scooter riders know how it sounds against the wind!

Can't say enough about how great this speaker works
Can't say enough about how great this speaker works. I use it in the shower and the sound is fantastic! Only minor complaint I would have is, it's hard to see the buttons without good lighting. No problems pairing with Droid Bionic, iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy Note 5.I have tried quite a few bluetooth speakers and so far, this is the best!

Nice speaker
A few flaws I see, the latch that holds onto it is made of thin rubber so when your out in the garden and it's hanging in your belt loop it will eventually break as it flops around with movement. I still would recommend. It a nice speaker with good sound for those of us who get dirty while out in the garden.

Amazing speaker...
This speaker is compact, made well & has amazing sound quality. The flashlight on the end is great. I needed a wireless/Bluetooth speaker for my IPhone. It was recommended to me by my brother-in-law who had purchased it previously on Amazon. I also would recommend it to anyone. So happy I took his advice.

This Is The ONE!
Great outdoor sound quality during this past weekend's barbecue. The markings could be a little more clear so it is easier for someone who didn't have the manual available to know what all the buttons mean to turn volume up and down, etc. But overall, SUCH a great deal for the money. The quality and volume were top notch!

Good sound and portability
Good sound and portability. The hook is very useful- you can hang it almost anywhere plus it's waterproof. I watch Netflix on my iPad - the speaker makes the Netflix experience more enjoyable with the good sound!

Good for the house
I bought this a couple months ago. Very disappointed with the range, your phone must be within 2 feet of the speaker. So if you need to charge your phone where the electric outlet is but want the speaker closer to you at the pool it will not pick up. The battery does not stay charged for more than a couple hours. A day at the beach with no outlets to charge this speaker is useless. Would not recommend
