Got this after returning previous different make that took so long to get through programming screens you'd need an extra days holiday! Also went faulty and give credit for service they replaced it only for that to go faulty too. So credit again for service refunded in full and bought this which is a F1 car in comparison. Simple and easy to set up and be on your way, clear graphics, no problems so far. 2021

My first purchase was faulty with a sim error which I returned - Second purchase was also faulty with a system error on boot up. Both returned - no more purchased. Instead I sourced an alternative.Quality control of the Sat Nav before they are released to the public would be a boon and instil more sense of confidence in the product.

I bought this as a recommendation and only used a few times. I like to screen size, clarity and touch screen. I find there is a delay in showing route details when in transit so have taken the wrong turn and getting going as it seems to take time to be ready to start. Instructions could be easier.

This is the 2nd one we have had. Excellent for the caravan no more narrow lanes when travelling with the caravan.

I bought the Ventura S6900 EU. In the brief description was mentioned that it included TMC. The magnetic holder does have the TMC antenna, but the satnav itself doesn't offer the TMC functionality. Snooper support says this is not available on this model, I have to buy the Pro model, which is £100 more expensive. If the description had not been misleading then I would have given more consideration to also TomTom or Garmin. I however decided to keep it, it's a good Satnav and hasn't led me up narrow roads yet.

Replace one same old is broken

Software version seemed old. Checked with Snooper and was told that it was an older version not the pro version. Returned and ordered from Snooper.H/W Should be S6900-pro. SW should be at least 3.0.3.12

Having had a snooper for 14yrs I decided to upgrade to a newer model, great improvement on my old unit and the magnetic mount saves having to keep removing the plug. Only problem i now have afteronly a few hours is on/off button stuck in. Seems very flimsy compared to my old unit.

Erst hat das gerät ewig keine Sateliten gefunden, dann hängt sich nach der registrierung die Software zur Kartenaktualisierung auf. Menü nur rudimentär auf Deutsch. Bei vielen Eingaben muss man immer wieder darauf achten nicht meine oder ft zu haben. Computerverbindung funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Schade Bildschirm war gut und die Größe auch. Geht zurück.

Dieses Navi hat mich überall mit allen Vorgaben sicher an mein Ziel gebracht.Es war günstiger als beim Händler.

Als Nachfolgemodell gekauft, da beim Vorgängermodell kein map update mehr angeboten war und ich mit SNOOPER bislang zufrieden WAR.S6900: extrem langsam; unbrauchbar im Stadtverkehr - bis die neue Route steht, ist man schon längst wieder falsch und das Berechnen geht von vorne los, etc.Ungenauer als das Vorgängermodell - dauernd ist man auf Parallelstrassen unterwegs und springt herum, Neubrechnung, etc.Map Updater funktioniert nicht, obwohl mein PC den vorgegebenen Standards entspricht. Auch mit Unterstützung vom technischen Dienst von Snooper kein Erfolg.Es wurde mir vorgeschlagen, ich könnte eine neue SD Karte mit den aktuellen Daten drauf KAUFEN.Geld, Zeit und Nerven umsonst investiert.Ich würde das Navi keinesfalls nochmals kaufen.
