I have used this tri-peptide for 20+ years with incredible results. I have lupus and the minute I feel a flare beginning, I take 2 of these glutathione and lay down with my large ice pads on front and back of my torso. 30 minutes later I am good to go! I use this expensive option as I trust Thorne and I have no organ damage although I've had lupus for 23 years! Considering how beneficial this is, I consider it a cheap solution.

What is said in a positive nature regarding THORNE glutathione IS TRUE! I am pretty fit for a 70 years young guy, am a regular at the gym. Part of my regular workout is cardio on a bike and since taking this product for a few weeks my stamina on the bike was remarkable! Not a big supplament guy but highly recommend this product!

I've been reading a lot about glutathione and decided it's important enough to supplement with daily as I'm over age 30. This world is so toxic and we need all the help we can get. We need to be on our A game when it comes to our detox system. (Everyone should definitely do some form of intermittent fasting too.) The research is all over the place on what's the best form, bioavailability, etc.. so I decided to try a few different brands and types to see how my body responsed. In general though, Thorne is my go to for any supplement. When there's confusion on a particular supplement, ive always relied on Thorne to do the homework for me and I can just trust that their version will be best So I started with NAC (Thorne) and didn't really notice much difference. Maybe you're not supposed to, but either way, I went on to try the other forns. I then tried Thorne's Glutathione-SR (this product) and saw a huge difference. My skin was less oily. I had some slightly dark spots under my eyes and they started to go away. And I felt like I was detoxing pretty well. Then I tried Acetylated Glutathione by Double Wood. It was okay I guess. Didn't really feel much. Similar to NAC. So then I tried Nutrivein Liposomal Glutathione. My skin got super oily! I had heart palpitations. And honestly felt like garbage. This brand seems toxic. Cheap quality and they're probably lying to us on what's really in this. All that said, I'm going to stick with Glutathione-SR as my go to!

I’m taking this supplement for added immunity and I can tell the difference in my body, in a few short days. So far, I see subtle improvements in my digestion, bowel movements (no diarrhea, at all) and sleep. This is what I was hoping for. Can’t wait to see the effects in a 3-4 weeks. I plan on keeping this particular supplement in my daily routine for several months. Then, I will move to maintenance mode. I will continue to change my supplements over to the Thorne brand, gradually. No, they are not cheap, but my health is worth it. And, I’m reaping the benefits. I do months of research on a given supplement, its ingredients and effectiveness, before investing in a product. Thorne has not disappointed me. I pray it works for you, too.
