Wonderful knife in the $20-$30 range
I got this knife from Costco Business Center, and it is phenomenal. I remember it being in the mid-$20s. I got it about two years ago, and with regular use of a knife steel, it holds an edge very well. I sharpened it for the first time just the other day when it finally couldn't slice through the skin of a tomato easily. It's perfectly balanced and is very comfortable to use. You don't get the bling factor of a Henckels knife, but if you're serious about cooking, what do you care?
