Merit Pro Series Waterproof Case for iPhone 6 Plus/6s Plus -Black

I would give this case 4 starts if it wasn't for the fact that the charge port hatch on the one I received was very loose and I noticed it didn't lock very tightly. Not enough to make me think it was going to keep water out of the case. I'm glad I noticed it or I would have kissed my phone goodbye. Update Jan 2016, Merit customer service recently emailed me about my review and offered to send me a new case replacement since the one I received was defective. It arrived 4-5 days later and I'm pretty satisfied with it but the hinge is still a little iffy to me. It just doesn't have a good locking feel to it so I can't give it 5 stars but I can give it 4 stars for quality and 5 for customer service.

Within the first month of use the powers cord flap broke. If it hadn't broke I would have gave it 4-5 stars based price alone. I've had life proof but wanted to give a this brand a chance. Sadly it didn't work out and I've wasted my money.UPDATE:since the review Merit contacted me about the case. They've replaced and offered a refund. So far the new case is good to go! based on my experience with them I would recommend buying this case.

Edited Review 02/15/2016- After my original review the company contacted me and replaced the broken cover, the second one worked very well and I am very satisfied with the protection and case! I am please with the company and would order from them again..Original Post 01/17/2016- The cover for the charging port has already broken. The product was received on January 5th and today's date is January 17. A product that is supposed to protect a phone and is already broken is not doing its job.

It's a piece of garbarge sending it back!Bought the Otter box instead - love it!

Case has decent quality for the price. My main problem with it was after I opened the charging port once, It would never fully clsoe which led to it breaking off. Case had been through multiple drops though with no damage to the phone.

The case was great for a month until the aux cord that came with the case just wouldn't twist out of the case it's been stuck in the case forever so I guess I'll just reorder the case and hope it doesn't get stuck in the new one

The cover is jazzy. But we had trouble putting it together. We almost one of the buttons of the iPhone. Also the charging dock broke pretty in three months time. Definitely not worth the price.
