This is an amazing product. You will never regret buying this. Small enough to fit through standard doors and hallways. Folds down so easy so it can be stowed in the trunk of your car. This will give feet to those who have trouble getting around. The joystick makes it so easy for the person to move around. EASY to assemble. We've been using it for a senior who loves it! SO EASY and SAFE!!!! Can't say enough good about this little chair.

We had this wheelchair for less then 6 months and the controller stopped working. I tried contacting the company at an adress in Canada. I left several messages and got no response. I contacted amazon and they told me to try to contact the company again in china. I was finally able to contact the company in china and after 4 weeks they were supposed to send me a new controller but they sent a battery. Now they won't send a controller because they say they sent one. This has been going on for more then 2 months.

I bought this wheelchair for my mother who has trouble walking for a long distance. It is nice and compact. Not too heavy to fold and lift into a car. Has a bag behind seat to store things. Has a seat belt for safety. It can be used as a manual wheelchair when the power is turned off. The cushion is comfortable. The cons are it’s a bit slow. Person needs to be lightweight ( less than 200 lbs). It has small wheels so uneven sidewalks might be a problem. I think this wheelchair is best on a smooth flat surface like indoors in a museum, not much incline. It lacks power to go up steep inclines. I haven’t been able to test the range of the chair because my mom doesn’t go very far with it. All in all I think this is a good wheelchair for smooth flat short distances. If you travel a lot it is ideal. Great for going on cruise ships.

This is a great chair. It's very easy-to-use and fold up. It's lightweight and compact. It is on a smaller size but that works for us.

The chair itself is lightweight and very easy to fold. The drawback was the seat was little taller than expected making it impossible to fit under the dining room table and the foot rest is more elevated than other wheelchairs lifting your legs slightly up and the foot rest was also angled awkwardly. So rather than have your feet at a 90° angle they were turned upwards in an unnatural position in my opinion. Had to return but the seller does not give you a prepaid return label! COST WAS $150 TO RETURN via Fedex which is how they ship to you. Take that into account.

This is very unique, well made and operates nicely.The manual did not explain how to charge it , but the 800 # had the answer. There is NO WARRANTY listed and the email I sent asking about it, has not replied and that has been 3-4 days since i sent it

Never again will buy from this company.80 yr old mother uses this chair daily.Yes it is 2 yrs old. However it is still for sale online. Our joy stick stopped charging, so we called and emailed the service department many times. Finally a few weeks later they responded. Went back and forth several times and gave all the info they required. Last email I was told sorry they dont make that controller any longer, we have none in stock, maybe buy a new chair. 🤔 Just very unsatisfied with the poor customer service elenker.comSo after weeks of research trying to find this joy stick. I think the chair is perfect in every way for my needs except it doesn’t run on carpet it doesn’t respond to the joystick won’t even go over the hump between carpet and linoleum no power at all has the means of being a great chair except they need to put a motor on it that will move the chair. The charger they sent with it states that it should be either in red or green showing the charging rate becomes up orange and stays there not sure if it’s charging or not.I was lied to by company on shipping stated it was shipped on the 14th gave me a tracking number that didn’t work after I started complaining they shipped it four days later and finally got the right tracking number it came to be in a box it was totally destroyed , parts of it looked as if the Chair was used way over priced this chair should sell for about $150. You lose to much on shipping to return Just a lesson learned.
