Arrived on time and in good condition. This is a nice straightforward simple to use device with a stainless steel interior, which is exactly what I wanted. No messing about with digital displays and buttons that do things you never need, just two knobs, one for power level and the other for the timer. As recommended in the handbook I zapped a cup of water a few times to 'run it in', but there was no smoke or funny smell. The timer seems accurate, and there is an easy to hear 'Ding!' when it is done. Another pleasant aspect is that by registering online (simple and hassle free) you can immediately extend the warranty to three years.Time will tell if it is reliable, but for the money I'm impressed so far. Recommended if you just want something basic but decent from a hopefully trustworthy brand. Well done Tower!

Tower have some absolutely stunning products, their design team really habe an inquire flair to their work.Their manufacturing team however need a little guidance as they have let the team down with the lack luster timer on the microwave.Let’s start with appearance! The gorgeous white and rose gold accents on this compact microwave are truly stunning. It’s such an elegant design, incorporating both classic and contemporary design, which would look great in any kitchen.Functionally, the microwave is very simple, and has very basic features coupled with an analog dial for timing. This dial is not as accurate as we would like, and while it’s functional, it’s not accurate and we would recommend having a digital timer sitting near by.Packaging was great, it’s compact, extremely efficient with a stunning design.Overall it’s a fantastic product and very deserving of 4* the only thing holding it back is its timer functionally and lack of features.Highly recommended

I bought this microwave ,but had to return as it was too small. Great colour and we wanted to come away from digital microwave .

So easy to use, no digital clock or buttons to fiddle with, which is just what I was wanting. Lovely little 'bing' when finished, no annoying beeping! Cooks quickly and evenly and happy with the quality. Would recommend to anyone wanting a simple, no frills microwave.

The media could not be loaded. Love the rose gold and black appearance, heats up pretty well and the size just 👌 perfect

I brought this one to replace my old one which is not even 4 years old. I loved the rose gold feature. However when I started using it, it felt less sturdy than my other one. Other than that, it's OK. Looks good on my counter.

My last microwave used to steam up like a sauna. The fan did not eject the steam and it rusted. This one ejects the steam and has a non rust interior. Only negative, the timer is not remotely accurate over short times. So if you want 2 minutes you might get 1 minute!
