I recommend for stress
This product helps me with times of anxiety. No side effects for me (I don't take it everyday - only once in a while, only one dose). It is soooo helpful to help me calm down or prevent me from getting more stressed - lasts a few hours per dose for me and works to the max. effect in about 20-30 min. - starts to work pretty fast - I can definitely tell a difference.

A real lifesaver if used for overproduction of histamine
I’m plagued with histamine overproduction, when the itching attacks occur these drops have saved me from being incapacitated. I’m not afraid to take a second dose if the itching attack is greater than typical as I have observed no adverse side effects. I place the dropper under my tongue( taste is minimal) and in 10-15 minutes the itching stops.
