Not perfect, but WAY less expensive than professional framing.
First of all, the shipping on this item was inconceivably good. They had it packaged so well from 4 different levels. But, when I first opened the package, I was very disappointed with the edges. I thought I might be able to use a stain pen or even some furniture wax to improve the scratches, but that proved useless. I thought I would give it a try before returning, and I'm glad I did. The assembly was easy to follow. The dimensions were perfect. Once the piece was up, I cannot see the imperfections. And given that I had priced a professional frame job at $760 for this exact same scenario, this $50 frame is well worth the money. I wish it was real wood. But all in all -- I would purchase again.

No pre drilled holes
16x20 frame arrived undamaged was packaged extremely well. Problem is no pre drilled holes in the back for mounting my canvas print. I had originally ordered a 16x24 by mistake and had to return it but did notice that it had pre-drilled holes so I thought for sure the 16x20 would have them. Seller should provide a discount for misrepresenting the product description. Luckily, I have a handy husband who can make the holes for me.

Nicer than expected
I bought a wrapped canvas from a photography gallery. They wanted a crazy high price to frame a 12x18 item. I did it myself with this frame. It came wrapped so well that it took almost 10 minutes to get to it. I used pieces of cardboard to hold the canvas in place while I turned it over and screwed it into the frame. I’m very happy with it. It looks like wood, although it’s definitely not.

Canvas fit perfectly!
I watched some YouTube tutorials about 3/4" thick canvases for this 18 x 24" frame that is best suited for 1-1/4" thickness. I created shims just in case it looked strange too recessed in, but I don't need them because I love the look of my painting a little recessed, it looks chic. And it fit perfectly. Plus the screws they supplied did not go beyond the wood and through the painting which was a concern because it was 3/4". All of that to say folks, if you have a 3/4" thick canvas, this product looked great!

Nice frame, but DOESN'T have holes
It is indeed a nice frame, but considering it's made of cheap material and it **doesn't** come with holes, odds are if you drill them yourself, you'll break it.I'm resourceful enough that I managed to tape my canvas into this thing (it's small enough that this works), but if you want to do this properly, you might want a different frame. Only after purchasing, have I finally noticed the multiple reviews complaining that it doesn't have holes
