Bought this for my girlfriend, I have yet to give it to her. The packaging makes it seem like this company really cares! You get a tiny card and envelope to write a note, a cute little gift bag for the box and a cloth to clean the jewelry(if you needed to clean it I suppose?) and the message on the package is very heartfelt ❤️ this necklace is also a perfect size! It might look big on the pictures but it’s a good size! Not too big or too small! I can’t wait to see her reaction! Definitely a 10/10
