Misfits Vegan Protein Bar, High Protein, Low Sugar, Gluten Free, Plant Based Protein Bar, 12 Pack (Choc Caramel)

I needed dairy free for allergy reasons and decided to try these vegan ones to ensure this. You can tell they're protein bars as they're not as sweet and have that particular texture in comparison to a chocolate bar, but that said they are pleasant. Most of the misfits flavours are great but the speculoos flavour is a bit to dry and powdery for me, hence the 4 stars.

not particularly delicious. I don't mind that, as if they are TOO nice I end up eating too many of them, and you tend to buy these if you are watching your macros. They are quite expensive but a decent size...and the macros are good if you want a healthy snack...but they're not as tasty as nakd bars or perkier bars.

These taste great and are a good source of protein. Sometimes I use them as a breakfast snack on the way in to work too. You also save a bit of money compared to the supermarket cost!

These taste like a less sugary version of a chocolate bar which is nice as it helps me stick to my diet at 176kcal per bar. I ate 1 once a day and still managed to lose six pounds with 2 500 calorie meals and 40 minutes of daily exercise. Word of warning, the brownie ones still have the powdry after taste and the best ones are the cookies and cream, although the others are all still edible. I will buy them again at some point. The price is a bit on the expensive side.

I bought the variety pack as I was hesitent on what flavours i'd like.Chocolate Brownie was not nice. It has an ashy aftertaste and doesn't taste like chocolate.Caramel was OK but not the best. Again it had an aftertaste but not as bad at the chocolate brownie.White Cookie & Cream was the best of the lot. It had the most flavour and there was little - to none - after taste. Would recommend the White cookies & cream!.The Speculoos flavour was interesting. I'd never heard of the name before and tried this one last. I have to say it was pleasantly surprising. It had a rich sort of cinnamon flavour which was there at the first bite and then went away and left no aftertaste (like the ashy taste on the browie ugh..).Overall, I'd give the bars a 3.5/5. I won't return them and will just eat the brownie little by little till they are gone. The main reason I bought these bars was to introduce some protein into my diet so regardless to if they don't taste nice i'm still eating them.Also added to subscribe and save so you've got me as a customer now. I really like the idea of a vegan gluten free protein bar with low sugar (keto would be even better)...I was excited by the diverse flavours the mix pack came with, however the taste is not that great. I am very disappointed. Honestly I can't even finish a bar. I start a different flavour with hopes that it would be better but the base of the bar is a very generic powdery taste and the flavours they boast are extremely synthetic in taste and almost undetectable amidst the base taste. I know tastes vary and perhaps there are people who would love this, but honestly would not recommend this to anyone. I've tasted better keto vegan bars.

Got this item as I was temporarily dairy free. It was lovely to get a variety and I enjoyed some of the flavours. They are not as nice as fulfil protein bars but I guess they aren’t vegan so maybe not a fair comparison. If I had to continue dairy free I would buy again but maybe not the variety pack as I know some are better than others. If your vegan or dairy free I would recommend you try them out !! Chocolate caramel and chocolate brownies were my favourite not a big fan of the others they don’t really taste like their ‘flavours’. Would say there is a slight powdery texture after chewing.
