Does the editing program require quicktime?

Hi, no Zu3D doesn't require QuickTime. You can see the requirements here: https://zu3d.com/help/requirements/ If you have any more questions about your specific platform just let us know. Many thanks Zu3D Team

Can this camera work with larger objects such as Barbies or other dolls? Or is it only good quality with small objects?

The quality is not that good. If you're doing something just for fun as a hobby, then it's good enough. For beginners, you can start with an iphone and a free software for stop-motion and you will get the same if not better results than Zu3D.

I purchased the software for my son and it's great but the license code won't work. What do I do?

Make sure you type it in right...it is CAP sensitive. If that doesn't work email the company....they were very helpful when I had trouble exporting my video. They wouldn't stop until they found the solution.

Is this compatible with iPad mini 4?

if the iPad is running iOS 8 or higher than you should be good to go
