It’s a really great phone it came with 96bh no scratches only minor 2 scratches barely visible

This re-conditioned unit is visually very good ie. no damage etc but the battery life is terrible. It needs charging at least twice a day and I only use it for text, whats app and a small number of phone calls.The free screen protector was too small for this phone.

Ordered this phone for my daughter. Worked fine for around 8-9 months. Then battery wouldn't charge. To my amazement, the company expected me to pay to send the phone back to have it fixed. Around £10 for tracked and signed. Outrageous. Surely if a company sells you a product that breaks, it should be them that foot all bills associated with tfixing? Obviously I had to choice but to go ahead - it was that or no phone. Only buy from here if you're happy with that type of service.

I’m so happy with my new phone, I was quite sceptical about refurbished phones, now I’m glad I trusted them, the phone is in immaculate condition and the battery life is 88% when it arrived this morning the battery was on 80% and after setting it up and using it all day it’s still on 38%, there is not a single mark on the phone, it simply looks brand new, face recognition is perfect and I’m confident that it will be working well for a long time to come.
