Did not work for me
As with all other products claiming these types of resolutions, I had no luck. In addition, the smell and taste was horrible, I gagged each time I had to take them.

Geek Beauty Lab Multi Vitamin With 3,000mcg Biotion Included
Essentially it is a multi-vitamin. It is not just Biotin. It is not Vegan. Please read carefully before you purchase you have to take 3 serving sizes - 3 capsules to obtain the 3,000mcg of Biotin and all other nutrients. My hair and especially my fingernails were not growing. I started on biotin roughly 6 months ago and I take 10,000mcg daily. I now have nails that are just starting to not split and peel. In my own experience you need to faithfully take Biotin for an extended period of time to see results.However, this product is for me an excellent daily multi-vitamin, even with my having to chop and take 3 pills with a meal. The inconvenience in that is these pills to me are rather large to ingest and attempt to swallow. I just place them in a pill chopper and cut into 3 pieces. You receive 90 pills in the bottle. I've been taking biotin for years and I love it because it really does make your nails and hair noticeably longer in a short amount of time. This product shipped very quickly. The only issue I have with it is it has a sort of unpleasant taste/smell. But it's still worth it. I did receive a discount for promising to write this review.

"No Artificial Colour, Flavour, or Preservatives"!
I received this item either at a discount or free in return for my honest reviyew. I depend on Amazon reviews for my purchases so will only leave honest reviews (plus I have a very deep seated problem with lying or lies.) I got this item for my husband since I had such great results with only 100mcg (now taking 5000mcg with even faster results), restoring thinning spots, speedy growth with both my hair and nails. I also learned that the mysterious weight loss that had me worried (it wasn't needed or wanted) was due to Biotin turning fat into amino acids! My husbands hair has started to thin quite a bit, and he has had a problem with losing belly fat, in spite of his very physical job, and no weight gain elsewhere. Certainly worth a try, due to my good luck thus far! It's too early to detect any changes, but starting at 3000mcg I have a good feeling this will be just the kick start he needs! I will try to update after it's been some time, and we're better able to see any changes. Oh and also another plus is no artificial colour, flavour, or preservatives!
