SOUR PATCH KIDS Orange Soft & Chewy Candy, 5 lb Bag

I actually liked these more than expected. I found it neat to be able to pick the color you like best. Whenever you buy them at the store, they have a rainbow of 5 colors. And every time you reach in the bag, you're either happy you got your favorite, or slightly unhappy say, a color you don't like as much came out. With THIS bag though, all the colors were my favorite. Very neat!

Update:I decided to give this another shot, since Sour Patch Kids is now my favorite candy and orange is my favorite flavor. The second 5 lb. bag of the Just Orange is better than the first bag I received, as it is not stiff, though not as soft as it should be, and it is sweet and sour with very good orange flavor. So I increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Would be 5 if there was no condensation inside the bag and if the price was more affordable.Original Review:I purchased a 5lb bag of the Sour Patch Kids Just Orange since it's my favorite flavor. It was sold and shipped by Just Click. It was delivered this afternoon. Was happy that it was shipped and delivered so quickly after ordering, but when I took the bag out of the ship box and saw that there was water inside the sealed bag with the candy, I was no longer happy. I just opened the bag and tasted the candy. That made me even less happy. The candy it's neither soft nor sour, instead it's a bit stiff, as if stale, and though it taste like orange candy, it does not taste sour like Sour Patch Kids candy. Since the taste and consistency of this candy is nothing like authentic Sour Patch Kids candy, I doubt it is, I think this is just a poor imitation, though I could be wrong. Maybe the water inside the sealed bag is condensation, caused by the temperature where it was storage, and the the cold temperatures outside. The candy must have "sweated" the sour powder off the candy.$29.95 plus tax is a lot of money to lose. I checked to see if the candy could be returned for a refund. Since it's not sold by Amazon, and it is a non returnable item, which include food items, I read Amazon's policy on non returnable items, which states that if the item is damaged or defective then I can request a refund or replacement. So I clicked on Start a Return and got the "This item is non-returnable, but you may contact Customer Service" I clicked on Contact Us, then I Need More Help. Then started a chat to request a refund or replacement. The rep was very nice and helpful, and immediately requested a full refund for me, with no need for me to send back the 5 lb. bag of candy. I offered to share photos with him but he told me it wasn't necessary, that they trust their customers. The refund will go back to the payment method I use and will take 3 - 5 days. Amazon has pretty good customer service.If you're looking for authentic good Sour Patch Kids candy, I cannot recommend this one sold and shipped by Just Click.If I want to eat just orange Sour Patch Kids, I will just have to continue to buy the Sour Patch Kids original candy with the 5 fruit flavors, even though less than 1/5 of the bag is the orange flavor, unfortunately.Photos show the water in the sealed bag. The last 2 photos compare the 1 Just Orange Sour Patch Kids candy (stiffer/drier, not sour) with 1 orange from original Sour Patch Kids candy (softer and sour).

I’ve ordered this same item multiple times and the last three times I’ve gotten a FAKE bag of SOUR PATCH KIDS candy. The resealable bag is the real candy! The NON resealable bag is NOT!! Buyer beware !

This product seemed the perfect gift for my mother who loves sour patch kids, but will only eat the orange ones. Sadly, it came slightly melted, likely due to getting too warm sosmewhwre in distribution/shipping

They are everything you expect to get in a 5 lb pack of candy. Its the orange flavor i love. But the sour is a little short. They're just sweet and not quite perfect, so minus one star.
